Nationality: Palestinian & Temporary Jordanian
Requirements:
Book an appointment
Fill out the visa application form, including:
Marital status (Married, Single, etc.)
Purpose of travel (Planned travel dates, from/to, and destination address – state)
Address of stay in the USA (Street and State)
Address of residence in Palestine (Street/City, personal phone number, work number if available, email, social media)
Emergency contact in the USA (Last name, first name, relationship – friend, relative, work – their address and phone number, email if available)
Full names and birthdates of father and mother in English
Work details (Job title, employer’s name and address, start date, brief job description, work phone number, and monthly income in shekels; include previous job info if available)
Education details (University or school name, address, field of study, start and end dates)
Countries visited in the past 5 years
Proof of employment or commercial registration and business license, or student certificate or retirement document
Bank statement for the last 3–6 months
One personal photo (3×4 cm, white background)
Copy of a valid passport (at least 6 months)
Invitation letter, if available
